Have you ever gotten something you thought wasn’t the best looking thing when you saw it, but then it grew on you and you love it? That’s exactly what this dress was for me.
It was a gift from my girl, Velv and I never turn down gifts! I didn’t really like the colors or the way the dress was made, but once I put it on, I fell in love with the Forever 21+ tie-dyed dress.
One of my major Frugal Fatshionista rules is to stretch your summer wardrobe into fall and winter by adding tights, boots and a jacket.
The jacket cost me a whopping $19 from Rainbow. I added a patent belt that came with a top, stockings from Avenue for 2 for $12 and black scrunch boots from Avenue for $36 on sale.
I added a few more pops of the same color scheme with my multicolored earrings and bracelet, both from Rainbow’s BOGO jewelry section.
How do you bring your summer wardrobe into fall?
